Gluten Free Breakfast Burritos

Here is a simple recipe for “Gluten-Free Breakfast Burritos”.

I made this up for breakfast this morning and I thought I would share it with you.

I sliced up 5 or 6 slices of Canadian bacon.
And chopped up about a cup of broccoli.
and then set the aside.

I added 6 eggs in a frying pan.
Then added the Canadian bacon and the broccoli.
And added a slice of chopped cheese (you can substitute the cheese for a cheese alternative, like almond cheese or a vegan cheese).
Added some salt and pepper for taste.

Then scramble the eggs and the rest of the ingredients together.
Cook until the eggs are done.

Kettle Cuisine Review and Giveaway

Kettle Cuisine sent me three coupons for free soups.

I went to my local gluten-free store Ligonberries Market. I picked up their “New England Clam Chowder”, “Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans” and “Chicken Soup with Rice Noodles”.

My favorite one is the “New England Clam Chowder”. Ever since I was a little girl I have loved clam chowder. It was a real treat to have a bowl of yummy clam chowder. Kettle Cuisine’s “New England Clam Chowder” is Thick, Chunky and Creamy. It was delicious. Very Good. I loved it.
